Can you cancel an order?
Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order and are providing more than 14 days notice a refund is offered of 75%. We are also happy to provide a gift voucher for the full refund.

If you wish to cancel an order providing no more than 7 to 14 days notice only a 25% refund is offered.

If you wish to cancel a cake providing less than 7 days notice then no refund is offered.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is based on administration costs and that you have booked a limited space, our cakes are bespoke and therefore the space you have booked instantly has value.

We try to be fair, if enough notice has been provided we will help you. But please remember we are also responsible to our staff
